2G and 3G BTS redeployment Project For MUNI SA (2021-2022)

  • Objective: Efficiently redeploy NodeB Huawei 3900 and Nokia NodeB to optimize network coverage and performance.
  • Scope: Included site survey, equipment reinstallation, and integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Outcome: Successfully redeployed 15 of BTS units across Malabo and 15 across continental region and Corisco.
